The London Mint Office is one of the leading distributors of collector coins in the UK and part of a wide reaching international network of mint offices worldwide.
We offer a wide array of coins - modern day commemoratives, coins from the ancient world, fairytale characters and many more. We make coin collecting a vibrant and engrossing hobby.
We are looking for a number of Customer Care Advisors to assist with incoming calls from our growing database of collectors. As a new Advisor, successful candidates will enjoy varied tasks and calls, great hours and a fun approach to work every day.
Full training will be provided.
To be successful, a background of working in a customer care, telephone-based or in a face- to-face customer service environment is important but we are really interested in your personality, motivation and ability to work in a team. Your creativity and selling ability can also help you to earn as part of our commission scheme. Outstanding communication skills and a friendly and helpful telephone manner are a must, as well as excellent computer skills.

Internal Communications Supervisor Position
A new position is available within the Post Room Team.
The successful applicant will have good organisational skills with an eye for detail. He/she will be self-motivated and be an active team member and will also be able to work to deadlines and targets. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
Tasks will include:
Returned products opening and processing
White Mail opening, sorting and batching
Arranging courier collections
Receiving deliveries from The Royal Mail, UPS, TNT, FedEx and other couriers
Franking outgoing mail
Archiving of credit card payments and coupons
Accurate figure reporting to the Management Team
Returning products to logistics
Liaising with Logistics, Credit and Marketing Departments
