How do I register for an account?

As soon as you place an order through The London Mint Office website an account will be created for you.

Once your account is created and you have logged in, you will be able to:

  • View your orders: track pending orders and review past ones.
  • View your invoices and pay for any items or instalments online
  • View the status of any returns
  • Modify your contact details
  • Reset your password: should you have forgotten your email and/or password details there is a link in the My Account page, which enables you to receive a reminder by email. 

I am having trouble logging into My Account.

If you have an existing account with us simply click on ‘Log in to your account' link at the top of the page using your registered email address.  If you have forgotten your password there is a link to reset it.

If you need help logging or have forgotten the email which you used to register please call our Customer Service Team on 0330 024 1001 and they will be able to help you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When you place an order through our website we will send you an email confirmation. You can also track the status of your order or any despatches in a collection using the My Account Page  at the top right of our website.

How do I pay for my order?

You can make payment by credit or debit card at the time of placing your order.

For some items, and deliveries that are part of a collection we offer the option for you to pay for your goods only after you have received them. If you choose this option, you will be sent an invoice with your order and full details of how to pay are included on that invoice.

You can also pay for your deliveries and see the status of any payments online  – go the My Account Page on the top right corner of our website.

For ease of reference, here are the payment options available:

  • Internet & Telephone Banking – Account Number 22048647 and Sort Code 40-26-12. Please ensure you enter or quote your ten digit Customer Number (beginning ‘60’) as the payment reference. Your Customer Number can be found at the top right of your invoice.
  • Direct Debit – please call our Payment Team on 0800 037 4321.
  • Credit or Debit Card – either by post to the address above (please include remittance slip on your invoice) or by calling our Payment Team on 0800 037 4321 (Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.30).
  • Cheque or Postal Order – please send, together with the remittance slip on your invoice, to:

How much is delivery?

Standard postage and packaging is £4.95, however many items are offered with FREE DELIVERY.  You will be able to see if any delivery charges apply prior to finalising your order at the check out. For more information regarding delivery read our Delivery Information page

I’m outside the UK, can I still place an order?

Unfortunately, the London Mint Office cannot fulfil orders to addresses outside of the United Kingdom. However, we are able to fulfil orders to BFPO addresses.

What if I wish to cancel my order?

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting with the day after you receive the goods. You may do this by calling customer care on 0330 024 1002 or through our website if you placed your order online, or by writing to us.

What if I wish to return my order?

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed or your money back. We offer a “14-day No Quibble” returns policy which allows you to return any goods (except personalised goods), providing that they are returned within 14 days of receipt, complete and in a condition as good as when they were delivered.

Should you wish to return any goods, please call our Customer Care Team on 0330 024 1002 and you will be provided with a pre-paid postage label. As some of our items are high value and limited edition we do request that retain proof of posting and for all returned goods. Please see our Returns Information page for full details.
