OBVERSE: A portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by renowned artist and sculptor Raphael Maklouf. His tribute to honour Her Majesty on her 90th birthday was created in 2016.

REVERSE: Features original wartime photography licensed from the Imperial War Museums of the Battle of Britain, a military campaign in World War II in which the Royal Air Force faced large-scale attacks by Nazi Germany's air force, the Luftwaffe. Hawker Hurricanes of the Royal Air Force’s 85 Squadron can be seen flying overhead, to defend the United Kingdom in what has been described as the first major military campaign fought entirely by air forces. The photograph is printed upon stacked letters and postcards which have been positioned as if they have just been opened by the recipient with the twine rope forming a partial border to the design.

Rest assured that you have no further commitments and your purchase is protected by The London Mint Office 14 day “no quibble” guarantee. You have no further obligations.
