King Charles III’s cypher features inside the arch of the main entrance to Westminster Abbey, where all British coronation ceremonies have taken place for over 900 years. The inscription reads: THE CORONATION OF HIS MAJESTY KING CHARLES III, 06.05.2023 (the date of His Majesty’s Coronation). His Majesty’s cypher also appears as a small privy mark to the right of the King’s effigy.
